CYBER BULLY

cyber bully is a very serious criminal .
although it's not done directly , but it leaves the deepest scar in one's heart .
cyber bully can be in many types .
humiliation , love-trap , fake friend and etc .
it's all just for their own sake .
cyber bully can be very dangerous as most of the teenagers nowadays tend to suicide because of this terrible cyber bully .
world nowadays use social network to communicate .
because of that , bad people start to manipulate this opportunity .
social network is a very wide and famous mobile communication .
so , people can easily access and start to do cyber bully .
although cyber bully is mostly happen to teenagers , other generation also having the same problem .
any type of age that use social network as their medium of communication , will have the chance to involve in cyber bully .
this is so rude and everyone should has their own dignity .
i hope something can fix this problem in future .
so that everybody can use social network without hesitation .

Article Review 3


MUSIC THERAPY

this article noted that research has found that music can affect our health .
i totally agree with this article because i've experienced it before .
one of my sweetest friend told me to download one kind of music type which is called meditation waves .
i did as he instructed me .
i listened to that musics daily before i went to sleep .
it really helps me a lot on reducing stress .
back to this article , i'm convinced that music really helps people on many health problems .
i choose this article because i know most of us love music but only the minority know about the secret behind this enjoyable feeling .
this article is about how music affects us and why music therapy promotes health .
it's influenced brain waves , breathing & heart rate , state of minds , etc .
as a conclusion , i really hope that people take note about this as we are in globalization and maintain a good health is really needed .

Dear depression teenagers,

     Life is a gift from God. We should appreciate it. Although we've gone through the hardest part of our life, but always remember that there's must be somebody else than is less fortunate than us. Just with this thought, we will always encourage ourselves. We must go on with our life. There must be a reason why God created us to be in this cruel world. We should  fill up our life with various activities so that we can feel the sweetness of this life actually. Every time we are in problem, we should motivate ourselves and get up so that we can solve the problems. Leave all the bloody past behind and start our new life. We only have one life to live so we better make the best of it. Try to live the life to the fullest. We must break the chains that bind us and let the happiness find us. Always start a new day with a new spirit and vision. Although it seems like only pain has been our friend and wondered if we are able to heal again, but just like the all the seasons, this will never stay the same. It doesn't mean that we are losers forever. A whole new world is waiting. It's ours for the taking. Yesterday has come and gone. We should know how to leave it where it is. Life is too short to have regrets. As for that, I have a quotes about life :

Article Review 2

Everyone needs friends .
No doubt about this statement .
Friendship is a form of interpersonal relationship generally considered to be closer than association , although there is a range of degrees of intimacy in both friendships and associations .
Friendship and association can be thought of as spanning across the same continuum .
i chose this article about friendship because i strongly believe that friends are really important and we need to save our friendship as best as we could .

here are the 10 points to maintain friendship :
1) FOCUS ON WHAT U CAN GIVE TO FRIEND , NOT WHAT U CAN GET OUT OF A FRIENDSHIP .
2) ENCOURAGE YOUR FRIEND .
3) BE WILLING TO FORGIVE .
4) TACTFULLY POINT OUT THEIR MISTAKES .
5) BE RELIABLE .
6) DON'T TRY TO CONTROL YOUR FRIENDS .
7) BE THERE FOR THE GOOD AND THE BAD TIMES .
8) LEARN TO ACCEPT PERSONALITY DIFFERENCES IN YOUR FRIENDS .
9) DON'T BE A BLABBERMOUTH .
10) DON'T LET ARGUMENTS DESTROY YOUR FRIENDSHIP .

i like this article and all these points because it really helps us on how to maintain a friendship .
i'm very agree with these points because we need to do all these things to ensure that our friendship remains .

here , i can conclude that friends are very important and maintain a friendship is also an important task to live happily in this world .
